Job Plays' Purpose, Vision, and Mission

Job Play originated with a husband and wife that had a shared purpose, vision and mission.

Our Purpose, our why - to create a working environment where people enjoyed coming to work, and could show up as themselves and reach their full potential with a community around them

We believe values are a pivotal part of what we are about, they mould our decision making in every single sector of the business. When we stay true to our values, we know we are providing the best service we can deliver to both candidates and clients

Choosing courage over comfort, choosing what's right over what's fun, fast or easy. At Job Play we strive to do the right thing by our valued candidates and clients and within Job Play with our team. A few examples of how we do this are:

This is a big one for Job Play and at the core of this is health, both mental and physical. Without good health we cannot show up for others and offer the best versions of ourselves. We make sure we are balanced by:

  • Prioritising rest, play and connection equally as high as achieving goals.
  • As a team having open conversations about how we are on the balance scale and supporting each other to achieve this when we need help
