Job Play originated with a husband and wife that had a shared purpose, vision and mission.

Our Purpose, our why - to create a working environment where people enjoyed coming to work, and could show up as themselves and reach their full potential with a community around them

We believe values are a pivotal part of what we are about, they mould our decision making in every single sector of the business. When we stay true to our values, we know we are providing the best service we can deliver to both candidates and clients

Matthew Nemes

Director

Matt's extensive 10+ years expereince in Logistics and Transport coupled with exposure within the construction industry has set him in good steed to understand business needs within these industries. Matt's the labour hire gun and can pull a team of people together and will be on site making sure they deliver and that safety is adhered to. Matt is also our Health and Safety Officer.

Eliza Nemes

Director

Eliza is currently our Operations Manager and our return to work coordinator. She has a background in Health Care where she worked for 12 years as a Physiotherapist. At the moment you can reach out to Eliza for anything to do with payroll, onboarding, rostering and health and safety.

Claire Leybourne

Recruitment Manager

Claire is a permanent recruitment gun and has 10+ years' experience across white collar for Building and Construction, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics. Claire has a vast network of Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Contracts Administrators, Warehouse Managers, Operations Managers and many more.

Jessie Mejia

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Jessie's background in welding, manufacturing and mechanics gives him a solid understanding of trades from the ground up! Jessie is here to help candidates onboarding and putting them in the best possible position to secure opportunities.
