Eliza Nemes
Director
Eliza started her career as a Physiotherapist in the UK where she spent the first 2 years of her career as a rotational Physiotherapist for the NHS gaining experience in a variety of hospital settings covering Cardiorespiratory, Neurological, Orthopaedics, and ICU. She later went onto outpatients and community before relocating to New Zealand where she got to refine her Musculoskeletal skills in a private practice setting helping a variety of patients spanning from everyday injuries, post operative recovery, New Zealand Gymnasts and then finally landing in her passion area and reason why she got into Physiotherapy- Women’s Health. Eliza relocated again to Australia – Sydney, where she continued to work in private practice as a Physiotherapist with a special interest in Women’s Health and worked for herself in this space before having her 3 sons.
Eliza is very passionate about making a difference in the work force for women and has her own personal mission to help close the gender pay gap and create balance between work and life for both men and women. Health is at the core of Eliza’s values and she believes everyone should priorities their own mental and physical health and she is very passionate about spreading awareness and educating to both her team and the wider population on topics that would make a positive impact.
Outside of work you will find Eliza bright and early on the beach power walking to her beats, keeping strong lifting weights, getting creative attempting to craft skills in embroidery and knitting and she loves a good book.
